Black & White

I love black and white. So does my sister. I figured I needed some more practice....

 I have mostly been practicing on my cat, Miss Merple, that my sister got me for Christmas. I love her!
(Miss Merple and my sister...)
 My sister...

Lounging in the sunshine.

Well, that's just a few.
 I am still practicing with the shadows and highlights so you will probably be seeing more!

Odds & Ends {3}

As you my have noticed, I am way behind on my posts. I am sorry.
But I have a good excuse. I have been busy learning lots of new thing. I  have learned that I can not take "Double Exposure" shots on my camera, which I am really bummed about. But I have found a way to overlay images on PicMonkey, which is similar to Double Exposure, just not as cool... I also found out about Highlight Priority, my new best friend...

So....
Lets cut to the chase....

 Bokeh... I didn't add it....

 Icy trees...

Snow Flakes....

I new they are few, but I hope you enjoyed seeing them...
Of course the ice and snow has long since melted, but it was still just so beautiful. Especially when the sun came and all the trees glittered silver in it's rays....

Hagen

Snow...

Is it here? Is Winter really here? I believe so! The ground is white, millions and millions of little snowflakes cover it. They stick to my eyelashes and crunch beneath my feet. Balls of snow fly through the air and the snowmen stand resplendent in the yard.

There is not much else to say. The snow is to beautiful for words....

Hagen

Odds & Ends {2}

So many random things! Rain drops on the tree branches, my sister, and coffee... What more can I say?

My sister...

Snowy roof.

Street light.

Coffee, chocolate muffin, and Beowulf...
This was at the wonderful coffee shop where my sister works!

Haunted trees...

The last leaf of Autumn...

This one's not as good...

I was trying to get the squirrel but it focused in on the tree instead... :)

Well, Photographers and photography lovers, I must go, but I hope you enjoyed these amateur pics! :)

Love,
Hagen
